A proud alumnus of Purdue University he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sales and Marketing, along with a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He lives in the Lakeview Neighborhood in Chicago and enjoys spending time with his wife attending Cubs games, food festivals, and live music.

Garett Fitzpatrick brings over 15 years of experience in streamlining business operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Gained invaluable experience in founding, managing, and exiting a global manufacturing company. Garett excels at understanding complex business models, directing internal and external teams, and rapidly implementing solutions. Known for executing successful product, program, and project initiatives in domestic and international markets, Garett adapts quickly to changing requirements and technology, maintaining expertise in Microsoft productivity, Power Platform, and Dynamics products.

Hap Auch III has represented tier 1 ERP and supply chain solutions since 1997. For the last 15 years, Hap has spent in the Microsoft channel representing the full suite of Business Applications and Azure solutions.   Hap has earned numerous Top Performer awards and has helped several firms build and expand their Microsoft practices.  He is highly knowable in sales, marketing, and sales operations within both established and growing technology companies.   His notable achievements include working with some of the world’s most highly recognizable brands.  Hap is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia and a former D1 oarsman;  He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne and Air Assault Schools.   Hap resides along the central NJ coast with his wife Natalie and four children and is a proud board member of Operation Beachhead, which brings adaptive sport and activities to wounded warriors, first responders, special needs children, and their families.
