  • Busy car owners forget car maintenance which decreases the value and safety of their car.
  • Car owners are not aware about the quality of work the service center will provide.
  • Car owners are not assured about the pricing of parts and labor rate.
  • Difficulty to get an appointment with service centers as per customer's convenience.
  • Difficult connecting with fleet management companies.

We were tasked to create a solution to bridge this gap.

Outcome

We designed and implemented a web and mobile solution which provided following capabilities.

  • A customer can see the feedback and rating of service centers and can choose the correct service center.
  • Receive real-time updates on vehicle servicing.
  • Get full visibility into service center workflows and cost.
  • Track request execution from start to finish anytime, anywhere.
  • Troubleshoot the problem by watching troubleshooting videos.
  • Tracking service history and car health record
  • Get notified about upcoming service.
  • Provides ability for service centers to connect with other service centers to outsource servicing.
  • Ability to connect to fleet management companies.

The entire solution is built on top of Azure platform using serverless architecture
