1Rivet responded to a competitive RFP that included 3 vendors. Key pain points were poor customer service, lack of technology, inconsistent service delivery, no monthly management reporting, and unengaged account management.

1Rivet was awarded the contract displacing 16-year incumbent. Executed the seamless transition of FM services within 30 days of contract award. Facilitated a competitive bid for refreshing the copier fleet resulting in a 26% cost savings. Introduced cloud-based mail, copy & supply management technology; increasing operational efficiency while decreasing support costs by 24%. Streamlined financial cost recovery for accounting.  Manage the client's garage parking attendant services and provided incidental backfill support for the building's Front Desk Security. As a supplemental engagement for the client's Archives Department, 1Rivet digitized and then prepared files for offsite storage and retrieval.
