1Rivet responded to a competitive RFP that included 3 vendors. Key pain points were poor service delivery, lack of technology, non-secure document repository/on-demand materials library, complex offsite chargeback reporting, no monthly management reporting, and unengaged account management. Utilized two vendors to provide local & global printing/fulfillment services creating quality assurance challenges impacting their client-user training experience.
1Rivet was awarded the contract displacing 25-year incumbent. Executed the seamless transition of FM services as well as refreshing the copier fleet within 30 days of contract award. Centralized print & fulfillment services to client HQ location providing needed quality assurance of training material shipments. Introduced cloud technology workflows & a digital storefront solution improving operational efficiency while decreasing labor & equipment costs. Responsible for design & setup of the new Print Production and Fulfillment Center. As an added value during COVID, we assisted with the management of 3rd party vendors responsible for the HQ build-out as well as completing the digitization of documents, packing and moving of employee workspaces.
