Intoxalock – Kiosk

Customer facing Kiosk app placed at the Intoxalock Service Centers across the U.S.

1Rivet helped Intoxalock design and develop a Kiosk App on Android Platform. This Kiosk App is designed to facilitate the new customer training at the Service center location using the integrated series of videos and a 5-question quiz at the end to test the knowledge of the customer.  There are three training section based on customer needs. Along with that, Customer can request for the new device as well connect to the customer support using the integrated Live Chat on the Kiosk.
