Marcelo Espinosa

Marcelo Espinosa has over 20 years of experience establishing strong customer partnerships through the development, implementation and management of outsourced IT, facilities management and office service solutions. He’s a hands-on manager, who enjoys working collaboratively with both clients and team members to ensure solutions not only effectively address areas of focus, but also seamlessly fit the culture of the organizations he serves.
Prior to joining 1Rivet in 2016, Marcelo worked for six years IST Management Services, and 14 years for IKON Office Solutions/The Ricoh Company as a regional/area operations manager. He aptly steered 600 billable resources servicing over 125 unique client locations with sales support, solution development, talent acquisition, delivery and strategic management for all outsourced solutions.
Marcelo has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from La Salle University. A Washington, D.C. metro area native, he lives in Bethesda, MD, with his wife and twin daughters. Marcelo and his family can typically be found surf fishing on the beaches of Fenwick Island or crabbing and clamming the back bay waters during summer weekends.
Randy holds an honors bachelor of mathematics degree in computer science from the University of Waterloo, in Ontario, and an MBA from the Ivey Business School, London, Ontario.
