RESTON, VA, Dec. 31, 2016 – 1Rivet, a northern Virginia consulting firm specializing in strategic information technology consulting, outsourced services and talent acquisition, has promoted Andrew Bailey to Managing Partner. The promotion recognizes his strong performance connecting organizations to talented people to complete projects on time and on budget.

A charismatic leader with more than a decade of experience starting and building staffing firms, Bailey joined 1Rivet in 2015 as vice president of business development. Before coming to 1Rivet he was a regional director running multi-office teams for Mondo and a director at Sparks Group, where he focused on business development and managed multiple sales professionals with a goal to expand market growth.
“Andrew has delivered the highest customer service to enterprise-level, midmarket and growing organizations in industries spanning digital, retail, education and technology markets, as well as the nonprofit and government sectors,” said 1Rivet Chief Operating Officer Charlie Clavelli.
A graduate of West Virginia University, Andrew currently resides in northern Virginia with his wife and two children. When he’s not pursuing niche talent, Andrew enjoys competing in triathlons, off-roading in his Jeep Wrangler, deer hunting and reeling in striped bass from the Chesapeake Bay.
